How do you look after your management tools? Like any trades person or DIY enthusiast, managers have the option of using tools. Many have trusted favorites, while many have new ones that they have just got hold of. But there is such a vast array of tools that its easy to miss out on good ones and worse still, its easy to forget about really good ones until the next time you need them, usually in a flat panic! So how do you keep your tools in tip top order, ready to be selected correctly and used correctly when needed?
